DRAG FINISHING

Impingement free Drag Finishing systems are ideal for finishing high value and sensitive parts which cannot touch each other during the finishing process. A rotary carousel with up to twelve spindles and fixed parts "drags" the workpieces through the media mass. The rotation of both the carousel and the spindles guarantee an even treatment of the parts. Drag finishing offers a metal removal rate which is up to 40 times higher than mass finishing.

​Rosler Mini-Drag machines are our smallest units requiring the least space and offering the most efficient cost to operate.  The systems feature a hydraulically-powered, vertical-moving carousel assembly equipped with up to six independently driven rotating workstations. 

​Rosler Compact Drag machines feature a hydraulically-powered, vertical-moving carousel assembly equipped with up to four independently driven rotating workstations and eight spindles can process up to thirty two parts in one batch.

​Rosler Maxi Drag Finishers offer a flexible number of tooling stations and a vertically-moving spinner assembly. Ideally suited for surface finishing larger high value parts with complex geometries or made of hard, difficult to machine alloys.
